May meets Ash Again Part 2

In the last Part, Ash Dawn and Brock meet up with a 14 year old trainer that Ash used to travel with, May. Dawn didn't like May the minute she saw her with Ash, the two girls are ready to battle in a pokemon battle to win Ash's respect

Ash: May, are you sure you want to battle Dawn? She might Beat you!
May: Ash! She is just a beginner. I have been a trainer for 4 years now, I can handle a tough cookie like her! And besides, I am not the old may you used to know, the old may didn't know how to battle, this may knows!
Ash: Well.....Okay, if that's what you want....
Dawn: Come on already! I'm getting tired here!

The gang goes to a clearing in the forest so the two girls can battle

Brock: This is a 2 on 2 battle between May from Littleroot Town against Dawn from Twinleaf Town! Let the battle begin!
Ash: This will be interesting, right pikachu?
Pikachu: Pika!
Dawn: Go Piplup, Spotlight!

Piplup does a dance as he comes out of some heart seals

Piplup: Piplup! Piplup!
May: My turn! Get on stage, Torchic!

Through the flames comes out an adorable cute Torchic

Ash: Didn't your torchic evolve into a blaziken in the grand festival?
May: Yep, this is another torchic here! And she's not fooling around!
Dawn: It's soo adorable!

Dawn gets out her pokedex to check torchic's data

Pokedex: Torchic, the fire pokemon, it is known as the chick pokemon and has 1,000 degrees of fire inside it's body. Hugging it will give you a spark of warmth
Dawn: Aww! But I got a chance since piplup is a water type! I won't go easy on you!
May: Neither will I, Torchic is one tough Cookie!

The girls start the battle

Dawn: Piplup, use water gun!
Piplup: Piplup!!!
May: Dodge the attack and use peck!
Torchic: Tor!

Torchic dodges the water gun and hits piplup with a super effective attack!

Dawn: My cutie!
Piplup: Piplup!
Dawn: Thanks goodness you are standing, now let's continue!
May: Not so fast sister, Torchic, use Scratch attack!
Dawn: Oh no! Piplup, use harden fast!

Piplup hardens it's body and is not affected a lot by the scratch attack

May: Well, that was pretty impresive!
Dawn: What did you expect? Piplup, use bubble!
May: Torchic dodge it!
Dawn: That was great! But now I will finish this battle! Piplup, Use Surf!

But, Piplup didn't move!

Dawn: Piplup, what's wrong?!
Brock: Nothing is wrong Dawn, piplup is charging the surf so it will be HUGE!
Dawn: Alright! Say bye bye May! No hard feelings though
May: Yep, since I will win!
Dawn: Wa?
May: Torchic, Use FIREBLAST!
Dawn: NO WAY?!
Ash: She's got to be joking!

Torchic sends a marvelous attack and piplup is finished and bye bye!

Dawn: PIPLUP! IT CAN'T BE!
May: As you said, no hard feelings
Dawn: Will see who laughs at the last, witch, I've still got more pokemon!

Will Dawn or May win? May is ahead of dawn by 1 win, but Dawn still isn't beaten, what will happen? To be continued....
